Amáli Properties is developing two addresses. The first is Amáli Residences on the Dubai Water Canal in Al Wasl, two landmark towers of 48 residential floors about eight minutes from Burj Khalifa. The second is Amáli Island, on The World Islands.

The two are deliberately unlike one another. The canal address is urban: it holds sea, city and canal frontage at once, and its life is organised vertically, across three podium levels inside two towers. The island address is the opposite condition — water on every side, and a horizon rather than a skyline.

What they share is the house behind them. Amáli Properties works in small numbers and at length, and both addresses were chosen for water frontage rather than assembled as a portfolio. That is the relationship between them: not phases of one scheme, but two answers from the same hand to two very different sites.

We would rather be exact than expansive. What is confirmed publicly about Amáli Island is this: it is the second address from Amáli Properties, it is located on The World Islands, and it shares the design philosophy and the approach described above. That is a deliberate choice.
